A guided recruiting process
- Recruiting profiles are published only after a signed profile-release consent record is on file.
- Academic summaries are curated with the school counselling office; grade point averages appear only when a family has authorised publication.
- Transcripts are never published. College coaches request them, CATS verifies the request and access is time-limited and audited.
Working with CATS
College coaches can register for a verified portal account using an institutional email address. Once the basketball office approves the account, coaches can request transcripts, track the status of each request and download approved documents through secure, expiring links.
